I just heard that the owners of the mystery St. Patricks day blind doggie have contacted Heartland Humane Society and little "Patrick" will be headed home with his family later today. This is good news for "Patrick" and his family, but I was just kind of getting excited about having another dog in the house to keep Arlo company...
Obviously, I won't be able to post a picture of the little one, but maybe I'll revisit the humane society and who see else might like to have a buddy : )

We have an old blind cat, but she's not interested in relocating, so she can't go live with you and Arlo. Besides, she's a cat, not a dog.
You guys are good animal rescuers. You'd better leave a spot vacant for the next one needs rescuing.
There's an old woman at the Corvallis Manor that could come and keep Arlo company. She's blind, too. Arlo could play with her and carry her around.
